How much will I pay for…? Most common cases
Two or three steps in one order – one quote, one payment. The order of steps depends on who will receive the document: most often the Apostille on the original comes first, then the translation, and finally an Apostille on the translation (e.g. Italy, Spain).

A set costs exactly what its parts cost. We know the number of translation pages in advance for only a few documents: a standard birth or marriage certificate from Ukraine or Belarus – 1 page, or 2 with an Apostille; a plastic driving licence from Ukraine, Belarus or Russia – 1; a student certificate (proof of enrolment) – 1. For everything else, we give the page count in the quote, once we’ve seen the photo.

Final gross prices – we add nothing on top. The quote we give after seeing the document is binding – it lists every item separately: the Apostille, the translation, the shipping. No hidden extras.
Payment up front: BLIK, bank transfer or cash; we can issue an invoice on request. We start work once we receive confirmation of payment – a screenshot from your banking app is enough.
Turnaround times run from the day we receive confirmation of payment – for a translation a scan of the document is enough, for an Apostille we also need the original. Public holidays don’t count, as the offices are closed. Details in our Terms of Service (in Polish).
/ FAQ
Frequently asked questions Prices
Can the price in the quote change?
No. The amount in the quote is final – that is what you pay and what you see in the confirmation. It changes only if the document you bring to the meeting turns out to be different from the photo: more pages to translate, or a different type of document. In that case we tell you before we go ahead with anything.
What counts as one document?
One document means one signature of an official, a notary or a translator – and one Apostille. A birth certificate and a certificate of marital status are two documents (2 × 260 zł). A notarial deed with annexes bound together by the notary is one. A sworn translation of several documents means several translations, each with its own translator’s certification.
When and how do I pay?
Up front, before work starts: for a translation once you accept the quote, for an Apostille once the original reaches us. BLIK, bank transfer or cash at a meeting in Śródmieście. We start work once we receive confirmation of payment, and the turnaround time runs from that day. Details in §4 of our Terms of Service (in Polish).
Can I cancel after paying for the order?
Yes, as long as work hasn’t started. We look at each request individually and refund your payment minus the cost of what we’ve already done. By paying and sending confirmation of payment, you accept the terms of the order and ask us to start straight away, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. Once the service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw ends. If you cancel while work is under way, you pay for the part already done.
How much is an express Apostille and what are the conditions?
350 zł per document. We file it at the MFA the same day if the original reaches us by 11:00 together with proof of payment and does not need translating before the Apostille. Notarial and court documents have no express option – they need at least 2 working days at the Regional Court first. Sometimes the MFA has to verify a document with the office that issued it – for example, a certificate from a vehicle registration office or a disability certificate. In that case the Apostille takes longer, from a week to as much as a month. We have no influence on this stage: we file the document straight away and let you know about any delay the same day.
How much will I pay for several documents in one order?
The same as for each of them separately – an Apostille is not cheaper as part of a set, but the whole order has one quote, one payment and one turnaround time. The most common sets have their own lines in the price list: a set for a wedding abroad at 520 zł and a company set at 1 220 zł. Sworn translation is charged separately, at 90 zł per page, and from 6 pages in one order you get 10% off the translation, ordinary translations included.
What if the office refuses the Apostille?
For a Polish document, we refund the full payment, including the 60 zł official fee – we claim that fee back from the city office ourselves. That is why we check the document before we accept the order – and tell you plainly when an Apostille cannot be issued, as with a plain photocopy or a laminated document. A Ukrainian record issued before 2016 can’t get an Apostille either, but in that case we offer a duplicate with an Apostille straight away. For documents from Ukraine, if the archive refuses to issue a duplicate, we refund the prepayment, minus the cost of shipping.
Why does an Apostille cost 260 zł if the official fee at the MFA is 60 zł?
The official fee is 60 zł and it is already included. The rest is our work: we book a slot in the MFA system, where the first free one is often several days away, file and collect the document at the MFA on ul. Krucza, check it before you order and send you a scan of the finished document straight away. You usually get your quote within 15 minutes. If you go yourself, you pay only 60 zł, but you have to book an appointment online and come to the office during working hours, which usually means a day off work, and with a document from a notary there are two more visits to the court. With us, a photo in the quote form is enough, and the finished document is usually ready in 1–3 working days.
For questions about the offices and the Apostille itself, see the Apostille page; for handover, shipping and payment, see the contact page.
